Q: What type of hiring process do your aides go through?
A: All of our aides must successfully pass a criminal background check as well as reference checks. Each aide must be certified or licensed and is bonded and insured.
Q: Are your services available in local nursing homes or assisted living facilities?
A: Yes, we can provide care to residents who require additional attention and/or personalized assistance.
Q: What happens if my aide is sick or goes on vacation?
A: We employ numerous aides and can assign a substitute aide to fill in. We will do whatever we can to ensure you receive care during your assigned time.
